The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has one double bedroom with an en suite, and a sofa bed downstairs. The open-plan living space includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining table and a seating area. The enclosed patio garden is supplied with outdoor furniture. There is off road parking for 2 cars. One well behaved pet is welcome to accompany you during your stay. The peaceful location is nly 15 minutes walk from the heart of Inverness with all its restaurants, shops and pubs. There’s great walking along the coast of the Moray Firth and the River Ness with opportunities to discover the local wildlife. This cottage is perfect for a romantic break in the north of Scotland and ideal base for exploring the Highlands.

This holiday cottage has efficient gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants in Inverness 10 minutes' walk. Inverness-shire is undoubtedly best known for the myth of the Loch Ness monster which some believe to live in Loch Ness.  Loch Ness is Scotland's largest loch and at at 230 metres deep at points it is a deep loch.  The ruins of Urqhuart castle still look out towards the loch.  Inverness is known as the Highland's capital but is a small city.  Many of Inverness-shire's attractions are to be found in the countryside and coastline surrounding Inverness.  Places to visit include well preserved Brodie Castle, Plodda Falls, Merkinch Nature Reserve and the Caledonian Canal.  Activities that are likely to appeal to families include boat trips on Loch Ness and trips out to Chanonry Point on the Black Isle to dolphin watch.
