A Scottish country cottage by the coast. Situated on the sea front in the village of Portmahomack on the North East coast of Scotland, Dolphin View is a detached ground floor property. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one with bunks as well as a family bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting area. An enclosed lawned front garden is provided with outdoor furniture, it’s an ideal spot to take in the sea views or engage in al fresco dining. Two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your stay. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The cottage is a short stroll from a wonderful sandy beach, The cottage is an ideal base for touring the Highlands with the Sutherland Mountains inviting discovery and Inverness just 45 miles to the south Dolphin View is a fabulous cottage for a holiday with family or friends in Northern Scotland.

Electric heating from night storage heaters with panel heaters in bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, selection of books and DVDs. Electricity charged by meter reading. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. The Scottish Highlands is likely to appeal to those looking to get away from it all. The Highlands have to be one of the most remote parts of the UK and here it is possible to find time and space to yourself. With a charming landscape of rural fields, glens, lochs and mountains, there is much to fall in love with in the Highlands of Scotland.

Portmahomack is a village on the shores of the Dornoch Firth, an inlet of the Moray Firth, with a sandy beach and views of the Sutherland Mountains. The village has a shop and post office, a pub, a cafe and a seafood restaurant.
