The Highlands await you at this comfortable Scottish home away from home.Located on the outskirts of Newtonmore village in the Cairngorms National Park, The Coach House is a ground floor apartment within a complex of 11 properties. The apartment sleeps 4 people, with a double bedroom (with en-suite shower room), and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen, a dining zone and a cosy sitting area. A shared patio area with picnic table provides outdoor space and there is off road parking available for 1 car. The amenities of peaceful, friendly village of Newtonmore are a few minutes' walk away. The remarkable Cairngorms are easily reached and provide a stunning landscape to explore at any time of year, whether you are enjoying beautiful spring flowers or the icy brilliance of snow dressed mountains in winter.

Electric storage heaters throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, video, radio/CD player. Coin operated washing machine and dryer in communal laundry on the premises. Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Shared garden with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. The Scottish Highlands are Scotland's largest county covering a large sparsely populated area. Self catering holidays in the Scottish Highlands are likely to appeal to those looking for a remote break. The further North you venture in the Scottish Highlands the more remote the destination.

Newtonmore is a popular holiday centre, a small village in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Newtonmore has amenities including shops, pubs, two museums and the Newtonmore Craft Centre. Walkers will enjoy the 'Wildcat Trail', a 7 mile circular walk around the village taking in the River Spey, woodland, moorland and mountain views. There is so much to enjoy close to Newtonmore, from birdwatching and cycling to climbing and skiing.
