The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout this country cottage. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), washing machine, dishwasher. TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio with iPod dock, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and toddler’s booster seat available. There is private parking space for up to 2 cars. Shared lawned garden to front of property. Shared courtyard and drying facilities to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 100 yards. Please Note: There is a large window in the bedroom doubling as a fire exit to external escape stairs which parents of small children may prefer to lock. Please Note: Property accessed via a lift or stairs to the second floor, only stairs available to the third floor.
