A Scottish country cottage that’s great for a family or group of friends. Located close to the beach in the seaside resort of Nairn, 16 miles from Inverness, Blandy Cottage is a detached, well-furnished cottage set on a coastal development. The property can sleep up to 6 people and has three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, as well as a family bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen area, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area, plus a utility room and an additional sitting room. A lawned garden is supplied with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking for two cars. The Cairngorms National Park offer year round entertainment, with opportunities for walking, cycling, nature watching and skiing. The coast of the Moray Firth offers chances to see Dolphins and the thriving city of Inverness provides plenty of shops, places to eat and drink as well as a museum and art gallery. Blandy Cottage is a perfect holiday home for exploring the north of Scotland.

Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD, CD, radio. Library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair available on request. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. The Highlands are located in the North of Scotland and being Scotland's largest county cover a vast and varied landscape. Known for their beauty, the Highlands promise rural landscape, mountains, glens, forests and lochs. The Great Glen in particular is known for its unspoilt beauty. Also in the Highlands is the Cairngorms National Park where people head for the amazing wildlife, mountaineering and walking opportunities.

The seaside town of Nairn dates back to the Victorian times and is a popular holiday destination. The town has some of the best beaches in Scotland and cleanest waters in Britain. Golfers will enjoy the two 18 hole championship courses and Moray Firth is well worth visiting.
