A spacious self catering house on one level situated just outside the charming Highland village of Kinlochleven, with views of the magnificent local scenery and surrounding mountains. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to four people in its two double bedrooms (one king-sized). The well equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining area, while the spacious sitting room offers plenty of room to relax. A garden affords private outdoor space, while off road parking provides a secure place for your car. An easy drive away are the beautiful Loch Leven, the climbing walls of The Ice Factor, and the historic towns of Oban and Fort William. Walkers are also afforded a wealth of opportunities nearby, not least the West Highland Way, which passes through Kinlochleven.

Set below towering mountains at the end of Loch Leven, the picturesque village of Kinlochleven is regarded as one of Scotland's prettiest settlements. The local area boasts an abundance of fantastic walks including the celebrated West Highland Way, together with excellent fishing opportunities and a wide variety of water sport facilities. Close by, there are a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and should the weather prove too unreliable, visitors can enjoy indoor climbing at The Ice Factor - the world's largest indoor ice climbing facility. Glencoe, just seven miles away, offers some of the best scenery in Europe in addition to superb mountaineering, snowboarding, fishing and sailing opportunities. The mountain has also inspired craft centres and a fascinating Folk Museum with a visitor’s centre portraying the story of the Massacre of Glencoe.
