A Scottish cottage in the region of the Cairngorms National Park with spectacular views over farmland towards the Moray Firth, Ben Wyvis and the Black Isles. Located in the village of Croy near to Nairn on the Moray Firth, The Olive Loft is a first floor cottage in the grounds of the owner’s home. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has two double bedrooms and a family shower room. The open-plan living area contains a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with doors leading out on to a balcony seating pace supplied with outdoor furniture. There is off road parking for two cars. In a prime location between Nairn and Inverness, The Olive Loft is ideally located for discovering the delights of Northern Scotland. It’s a wonderful all year round destination with opportunities for walking, cycling, wildlife watching, golf, watersports and skiing throughout the year.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/ freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Balcony sitting area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 minutes' walk. Pub 4 miles. The Highlands in the North of Scotland offer beautiful Scottish countryside including magnificent glens and lochs. The Cairngorms National Park is to be found in the Scottish Highlands, as are forests and nature reserves. There are many good walks in this part of Scotland as well as good viewing points for scenic views.

Croy is a village overlooking the Moray Firth between Nairn and Inverness and has a village shop. Nairn is seven miles away and is a seaside town which offers some of the top beaches in Scotland.
