Enclosed decked area surrounding property with seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 14 miles. To some the Scottish Highlands have a magical quality.  The landscape is certainly soulful with lochs, mountains, glens and rivers.  The Highlands also promise peace, tranquillity and a chance to escape far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Visit the Cairngorms National Park for hiking, walking and mountaineering.  With unspoilt flora and fauna, the Highlands can be a paradise for walkers, hikers and wildlife watchers.

The village of Corpach is the point where the Caledonian Canal reaches the sea and is home to the series of locks known as Neptune's Staircase, the longest of its type in the UK. The village is home to the Snowgoose Mountain Centre, which provides canoeing, kayaking, sailing, mountain walking and winter climbing and is well worth a visit. Also in the village is Treasures of the Earth, which has a collection of crystals, gemstones and fossils. This part of Scotland is wonderful and Corpach offers an ideal base to explore the area.
