Located in Ruthwell village, close to the Solway Firth, Robin Rigg View is a detached single storey property. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, (one with an en-suite shower room), and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation also includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with a wood burner. The lawned garden has a patio are provided with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, great for relaxing in with a drink or for al fresco dining. There is off road parking for 3 cars. The cottage is close to several beaches, and there are great opportunities for walking, cycling and more all around. Robin Rigg View is a delightful holiday base for couples and families alike.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for wood burning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 miles. Pub 1 mile. Ruthwell is a small village in Dumfries and Galloway, set near the Solway Firth, between Annan and Dumfries. In this area there are many pleasant coastal and forest walks, good cycling, and historic castles and abbeys to explore.
