Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking at rear of property for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 minutes' walk, pub 1.5 miles. The Scottish Borders is home to the Tweed Valley Forest Park where you can enjoy walking and may catch a glimpse of the remains of an Iron Age Fort.  Also in the Tweed Valley is the Osprey Nature Reserve where you may be lucky enough to see these fascinating birds.  The landscape of the Scottish Borders is reputed to be particularly beautiful with moorlands, rivers, forests and valleys.

St. Abbs is a fishing village with a harbour and fishermen's cottages hugging the hillside, situated on the Berwickshire coastline. The St. Abbs Head Nature Reserve has a rich variety of wildlife and is a paradise for birdwatchers. There is a sandy beach 1 mile away in nearby Coldingham. The town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with shops, a museum and a castle, is nearby.
