The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available. Roadside parking for 1 car opposite property. Tiered garden to rear with garden furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Please Note: There are steep wooden stairs to access the garden at the rear of the property. The Scottish Borders as the name suggests is where Scotland borders England.  The Scottish Borders share a border with Northumberland in England.  The landscape of the Scottish Borders is varied and includes rural fields, moorlands, hills and valleys.  There is also some coast in the Borders with sandy beaches and coves.

Lower Burnmouth is a small fishing hamlet in a lovely position on the Berwickshire coastline, offering uninterrupted sea views, rocky shoreline and a collection of quaint old cottages. Seals are often spotted in the bay. Amenities can be found in Eyemouth and Berwick upon Tweed, the beaches and castle of Northumberland are easily reached, and Edinburgh is just 40 minutes away by train.
