The Bungalow is a ground floor cottage in the owner's grounds just five miles from the historic Scottish Borders town of Jedburgh. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), one twin room and a family bathroom, making it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen, a sitting room and a conservatory with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and lawned garden with outdoor furniture. With its neighbouring cottage, The Bungalow can sleep a total of eight people and is perfectly located for discovering this fascinating part of the country.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from a gas fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with Freesat, DVD, books, games, DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned rear garden with decked area and garden furniture. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. The Scottish Borders offer hills, valleys, moorlands and an interesting coastline. Also within the Borders are a total of four castles. As well as these castles, there are also a number of interesting historic Abbeys in the Scottish Borders including Dryburgh Abbey, Jedburgh Abbey, Kelso Abbey and Melrose Abbey.
