Primrose Cottage is a semi-detached cottage just a mile from Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a mile from the town’s amenities, Primrose Cottage is a lovely holiday home for a family vacation.

Oil central heating with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, PC with internet access, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio to rear with furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please Note: There is a stream at the bottom of the garden. The Scottish Borders are known for their stunning natural beauty with rivers, hills, forests and moorlands. If you enjoy learning about Scottish heritage on a self catering holiday you may want to visit one of the country homes in the Borders such as Bowhill House & Country Park, Paxton House & Country Park and Traquair House. Also within the Borders are the 4 castles including Floors Castle, Hermitage Castle, Hume Castle and Smailholm Tower.
