A charming painted Scottish cottage with wonderful views over Tarbert Bay and to the Kames Peninsula across Loch Fyne. T. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Tarbert on Scotland's West Coast. Atholl Villa is a traditional stone built cottage offering modern comfort. The property accommodates up to 4 people across the ground floor of the building, and has two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a family shower room.  The cottage is also comprised of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. A decked area to the side of the cottage is furnished with table and chairs and a barbeque, just the place to enjoy a drink with friends and family while enjoying views across the bay. There is dedicated off-road parking for one car.

The beautiful peninsula of Kintyre is yours to discover from Tarbert via a walk along the Kintrye Way or a scenic drive. The Islay ferry meanwhile opens up the Western islands and will take you across to Islay, Arran and Gigha or to Cowal on the mainland for the mountainous Argyll Forest park. Atholl Villa is a great holiday home for exploring this wonderful part of Scotland.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, books/games/DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot on request. There is private parking space for 1 car. Decked area at side of property with garden furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: The owners live on the 1st floor of the property. Argyll and Bute is probably best known for its beautiful coastline which winds in and out around the coast.  This coastline makes Argyll and Bute very scenic.  Taking a boat trip off the coast of Argyll and Bute can be a great way to fully appreciate the sights of this area.  Inland in Argyll and Bute there is the National Park of the Trossachs and Loch Lomond where you can enjoy walking, fishing, hiking and cycling.

The fishing village of Tarbert is set around an inlet on Loch Fyne and has the ruins of a castle and a harbour, plus many events take place throughout the year. Walking can be enjoyed nearby, and the islands of Islay and Arran are well worth exploring. Tarbert is an ideal base for exploring the area.
