Take a trip to the stunning Western Isles with a stay at this superb self catering property. Located outside the village of Salen on the lovely Isle of Mull, Starfish Cottage is set on a hillside and enjoys wonderful views of the Highlands across the Sound of Mull.
This charming pet friendly cottage has one bedroom with a four poster double bed, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. There is also a sauna. This could be the ideal romantic retreat for a holidaying couple seeking luxury in beautiful surrounds. The modern kitchen is well equipped, and the sitting room includes a sofabed, dining area and a welcoming woodburning stove. Outside, there is a decked area furnished for outdoor dining and a BBQ, as well as off-road parking for up to 2 cars. It's an ideal base for exploring the terrific walks and remarkable scenery of the Isle, Starfish Cottages makes a super year-round holiday home.

Full ground source underfloor central heating, additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Sauna.
There is private parking space for 2 cars. Patio area with porch swing chair, furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles.

Salen, a small village on the Isle of Mull, is perfectly placed for exploring the island. Salen has two hotels, a coffee shop and a restaurant, and both the ferry terminal and islands capital town are around 15 miles away. There is great walking in the countryside around Salen, as well as mountain biking and pony trekking. The town of Tobermory has a choice of places to eat, as well as a chocolate factory and whisky distillery.
