A lovely Scottish cottage in a rural setting. Located on the edge of Letham village near Forfar in Angus, Scotland, Courtyard Cottage is a well-presented semi-detached cottage that is located in its own grounds and adjoins the owner's home.
The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite, one twin bedroom with an en-suite and one bedroom with adult bunks, there is also a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen that incorporates a dining area, and a sitting room with an electric fire. Guests benefit from shared use of the extensive gardens at the front of the owner’s large property and from woodland walks to its rear. There is off road parking for three cars.
The area is well supplied with golf courses and a short drive will take you to the beaches and cliffs of Arbroath. The Cairngorms National Park offers natural splendour and year round activity and Edinburgh makes a great day trip. This Cottage is a lovely base for a family or group of friends looking to explore the Angus region of Scotland.

This self catering cottage has full oil central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with DVD. Lockable storage cupboard available in sitting room if required.
All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for up to 3 cars. Shared lawned garden to front of property and courtyard to rear.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £75.

The market town of Forfar is located in Angus on the east coast of Scotland, close to the Angus Glens. Within easy driving distance are Carnoustie with its golf course and the coastal town of Arbroath, while Dundee and Perth are a little further by car.
