A Scottish country cottage in the rolling farmland of Angus. Situated two miles from the town of Brechin in eastern Scotland, Balbirnie Cottage is a traditional stone built, 18th century cottage in a quiet setting. This property is suitable for up to 5 people and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area and a comfortable sitting room furnished with a wood burner, ideal for relaxing in front of on cooler evenings. The lawned garden is supplied with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, allowing for al fresco dining. Designated off-road parking is available for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you on your stay. The beaches and cliffs of the north east coast are close by and there are scenic glens and hills throughout the inland landscape. Balbirnie Cottage is a wonderful family holiday cottage in this delightful part of Scotland.

Oil central heating throughout with additional heating from wood burning stove in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for wood burning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front and rear with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Please Note: This owner requires a £100 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond.
