The house sleeps 14, 6 bedroom 5 opulant ensuites, 10x4m heated private indoor swimming pool in a secluded and remote location on one of Scotlands finest small Salmon fishing estates.
A very modern property build in oak and sandstone, furnished and finished to the absolute highest standard.
The inside of the propery oozes spaciousness and quality, very modern but not too contemporary. With large windows bringing the outside in.
All ensuites Laufen Allessi and Villeroy and Boch with walk-in rain showers, Master ensuite has Kohler Riverbath.
The 3 acre garden is south facing has a football pitch,sunken trampoline, golf practice net and Rainbow play systems climbing frame. Red squirels and woodpeckers among others come to feed in the garden most days and badgers pass through most evenings.
Have breakfast watching the red squirrels having their breakfast on the feeders.
