Feedback from clients is important to us and we value customers’ opinions. We believe that a lot can be learned from feedback and are always happy to hear from our customers. Our aim is to constantly improve our Country Cottages Online websites so that they can be helpful and useful to clients and holidaymakers surfing the web. We aim to provide a balance of providing a high quality website for owners to be able to successfully showcase their properties and also to provide fair and accurate information to potential holidaymakers.

In terms of client feedback we have received positive feedback from a range of different owners, a number of which have been happy to recommend our services to their friends. We value feedback from owners and are always happy to receive suggestions and ideas too. Many of the suggestions we receive are used to improve the websites.

Reviews are not currently in use on Country Cottages Online but we have received feedback from some owners that such a facility would be useful and are therefore researching options. Reviews can be helpful and useful for assuring for holidaymakers in particular. We currently operate a system where holidaymakers can telephone or email us for details of any feedback we have received on properties and reviews may be a favourable option as they allow the free flow of information quickly and easily. They can also help with building confidence and trust.
