West Hayes Barn has been superbly converted and the accomodation is very attractive and spacious.  The kitchen/breakfast room has a beautiful oak floor and is very well equipped.  There is an open plan feel to the living areas downstairs with the oak flooring continuing into the sitting room.  This is a very comfortable room with a wood burning stove.  Downstairs is a twin bedded room, the beds can linked to make a six foot double.  There is also a stylish modern bathroom downstairs.  Upstairs is a simply stunning bedroom with a five foot king-size bed and an additional full size single with an ensuite shower room.  Outside is a large Mediterranean style entertaining area, with attractive outdoor furniture and barbeque, leading to a safe and secure lawned garden.  The barn has lovely views across our fields and whatever animals are keeping the grass down.

Suffolk The Old Forge

The Old Forge is situated in the heart of an attractive conservation village and area of Redgrave on the borders of Norfolk and Suffolk. It is a beautiful Georgian cottage which has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard. Original period features include inglenook fireplaces, brick floors, heavily beamed and feature bread/faggot ovens. There is a 100ft established country garden to the rear, which is enclosed when the gates are shut. There is a small drive for 1 car and on street parking. Redgrave has a rich history, and former residents of the village include the 16th/17th century philosopher and statesman Francis Bacon.
