Enjoy the romantic atmosphere of your own 300 year old English farm cottage. With all the lovely original features of ancient oak beams, a traditional baking oven and ‘copper kettle’, open log fires, original brick or wood floors, authentic farmhouse furniture, ducks, roses and a touch of luxury we bring alive the Romance of Rural Living. The grove cottages, which were formerly dairies, bakery’s and two farm workers cottages are built in a Monastic style ‘double quadrangle’, the buildings all date back to the early 17 hundreds, when they serviced a long lost Mansion House. All cottages are all totally self contained and very private, having entrances from totally different sides; they sleep from 2 to 6 people and can be booked individually or together for larger groups of up to 15.
