The building is an attractive, 18th century character cottage with exposed beams, which has been sympathetically modernised and decorated to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Central heating, open fire, dishwasher. Private back garden with picnic table and benches. Close to Bath - 12 miles. Free roadside parking at the front of the property.

Cosy stone walled and thatched detached cottage (sleeps 1-3) in the heart of this pretty village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There is a comfortable sitting room with uninterrupted views across the garden and onto open countryside. The cottage is completely open-plan with a spiral staircase (not safe for toddlers) to the twin bedroom. There is an additional double bed-settee although the cottage would be cramped with more than two adult guests. The kitchen is simple with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The toilet and shower room is downstairs. Electric heating is provided at no additional charge. No smoking is allowed inside this property. There are two pubs serving good food and real ale within walking distance and a village supermarket.

Five charming cottages in the heart of the Cotswolds, two miles away from Cirencester. Granary Cottage (sleeps 2-3) is situated at the end of a quiet country lane at the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, in the small hamlet of Elton. The cottage was built in the late 17th Century and is set in the grounds of Upper Hall, a country farmhouse of the same period. The cottage has been converted to a high standard with all modern conveniences whilst retaining the original character of the period.
