The 5 star luxury apartment, which is self-contained and on two floors, forms part of Pump House, a large house in the country village of Great Burstead in the county of Essex. The village is close to Billericay - a small country town with strong US connections. London, Canterbury, Cambridge, Colchester and "Constable Country" can all be reached within an hour by road. There is a fast rail link to London (30 - 40 minutes). A regular bus service is available close by. Whilst a car is not essential, it would enhance your enjoyment. The accommodation in the apartment (up to 1,500 sq. ft.) has two living rooms, a dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen and the choice of one, two or three bedrooms with one to three bath/shower rooms (two en-suite).

The Granary is a 3 Bedroom luxury cottage in Constable Country, on the Essex-Suffolk border, just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Dedham and the old waterfront town of Manningtree on the Stour estuary. Spend a while in the Finnish Sauna followed by the Spa pool on your private patio overlooking open pastures. Sit by the log burning stove and watch any of the Satellite channels with theatre sound dvd/video. The bedrooms also have TV/videos. 2 double bedrooms plus 1 twin room and 3 - bath/showerooms (1 en-suite). A double sofa bed is downstairs. The kitchen is equipped, as you would expect plus a few little extras like a choice of crushed or cubed ice "on tap" and a professional range cooker.

The cottage is within walking distance of Dedham village in Constable country and numerous walks through beautiful countryside. The beaches of Mersea, Frinton, Harwich, and Felixstowe are just half an hour away. Orford, Aldeburgh, Dunwich, and Southwold on the Suffolk coast, the university city of Cambridge are only 1 hour away. And only 15 minutes from historic Colchester with its castle museum, and Ipswich.
