New Farm Cottage, with its exclusive use of heated indoor pool and sauna, is situated in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, on a working arable farm. The 4 bedroomed cottage can sleep up 9 adults plus a child in a cot. It features a lounge with colour TV and video, a large dining room, a fitted kitchen with a fridge and deep freeze, electric cooker, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, microwave, coffee maker, a children's play room with tables and chairs, board games, table tennis, a large blackboard etc. A high chair and stair gate are provided. Upstairs, there is a family bedroom with one double bed, one single bed and an en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with a wash basin, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with bunk beds and a cot. All linen is provided except for use with the child's cot. Towels are available on request at an additional cost. A patio in the garden comes complete with furniture and a BBQ. New Farm Cottage is situated in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, on a working arable farm in Harby near Melton Mowbray. The 4 bedroomed cottage can sleep up 9 adults plus a child in a cot. They are located on a working farm now in the care of the third generation of our family. The farm combines around 70 head of cattle with about 150 acres of arable land. The farm is a great base for exploring miles of countryside walks, many of which cross our farmland. We are also ideally placed for visiting the numerous attractions around the East Midlands. The nearest village, Fleckney, is just a mile down the road. Situated in the heart of rural Leicestershire on a working farm, the Elms Farm Cottage and Lodge offer a relaxing base for people wishing to explore some of the finest English countryside. Tour around the unspoilt villages of south Leicestershire, enjoy the picturesque scenery and stop off on the way at one of the many traditional village pubs.
