Lyndale is an 18th century character stone cottage situated in the pretty village of Roadwater at the foot of the Brendon Hills in Exmoor National Park. Features of the cottage include exposed beams throughout, flagstone and wood floors, an open fire and a wood-burner. The cottage sleeps four comfortably and is equipped and furnished to a very high standard, including full heating for the winter months. It has its own private parking area and hill-side garden 50 yards from the door, and there is an inn serving excellent food within easy walking distance. The property comprises two double bedrooms, a ground floor shower-room and toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a separate dining room. The two double bedrooms are furnished for comfort as well as character, one with twin beds and the other with a double. Prices inclusive of duvets, bedlinen (dorma), electricity and initial basket logs (winter months).
