The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is the smallest of three national parks in Wales. It is located at the southern end of Cardigan Bay and the town of Cardigan is just outside its northern borders. There are miles of good walking in the countryside and also along the coastal path which now stretches beyond the national park and edges Cardigan Bay. The scenery and birds nesting along the coast all have their attractions. All areas of open countryside are especially good for people taking dogs on holiday and it can be very sociable when meeting other dog owners out for a stroll.
