Located on the St Helens Bay Golf Resort just 3 miles from Rosslare Harbour in County Wexford, 62 St Helens Bay is a lovely semi-detached property.
This cottage sleeps up to 7 people and has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite, one bedroom with regular adult bunks and another bedroom with bunks (with a double on bottom and single on top) as well as a family bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and an inviting sitting room with an open fire. Guests benefit from shared use of a lawned area to the front and rear supplied with outdoor furniture, a tennis court, basketball court and children’s outdoor play area. One well-behaved pet is welcome. There is off road parking for two cars.
The local beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and Rosslare Harbour is a short drive. The County Wexford coastline offers miles of stunning walks and the nearby Irish National Heritage Park provides a fascinating glimpse into Irish history. 62 St Helens Bay is a fabulous family holiday cottage.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of games and DVDs. Electricity inc. in rent April - September inclusive, €30 supplement payable direct to owner October - March inclusive. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent all year. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot available.
There is private parking space for 2 cars. Shared lawned area to front and rear with furniture. Shared use of tennis court, basketball and children’s outdoor play area. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 20 minutes' walk. Restaurant on site. Beach 2 minutes' walk.

St Helens Bay Golf Resort is has an 18-hole course, tennis courts, a basketball court and a children’s play area. St Helens Bay is located on the County Wexford coast and has easy access to a sandy beach.
