The cottage is heated using oil fired central heating from AGA in the snug, additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There is private parking space for 3 cars. Garden to side and rear, decked veranda to front.

The vibrant town of Gorey in County Wexford has a lot to offer the holiday maker. Courtown harbour has unspoiled sandy beaches and boasts the record for the highest sunshine levels in Ireland. Just a short drive will take the visitor to County Wicklow and the Wicklow Mountains National Park, and a little further afield is the bustling and lively city of Dublin with all its amenities and visitor attractions.
