Oil and electricity inc. in rent April – September inclusive, €20 supplement payable to owner October – March inclusive. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent all year. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair available on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Gravelled and lawned gardens surrounding property with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Known as the “Sunny South East”, the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.

The fishing village of Duncannon is situated in County Wexford. Waterford Harbour lies to the west and the sandy beach is popular for swimming and sunbathing. With a few pubs and restaurants, and a children's playground by the beach, Duncannon is a lovely place for a quiet seaside holiday. Catch a ferry to the beaches and watersports of Dunmore East, shop for traditional crystal in Waterford, enjoy the music of Wexford Festival Opera each October or explore some of the historic houses, beautiful gardens and lovely walks in this wonderful part of Ireland.
