This converted coach house makes a delightful Irish cottage in a rural setting. Located 1.5 miles from the town of Tramore in County Waterford, The Granary is a stone-built, semi-detached cottage situated on a working farm. This pet friendly property sleeps up to 5 people and has three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one single, as well as a family shower room. The cottage also includes a well-equipped, fitted kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting room. An enclosed gravelled garden furnished with seating is an evening sun trap. Budget conscious families will find that self catering is the most cost effective way of taking the family on holiday. Dedicated off-road parking is available for 2 cars. With the historic city of Waterford is less than 5 miles away, and the glorious long sandy beaches of Tramore even closer this cottage is an ideal base for enjoying a lovely Irish holiday.

Electric storage and convector heaters. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with DVD, radio. Selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity charged via meter reading. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed gravelled garden to side with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Known as the “Sunny South East”, the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.

The coastal resort of Tramore boasts a sandy beach, surfing, watersports, fishing and Splashworld indoor water park. The historic city of Waterford offers the House of Waterford Crystal, Reginald's Tower and the Waterford Museum of Treasures. Within driving distance there is Kilkenny castle, the Rock of Cashel in Tipperary and the Dunbrody Famine Ship. This part of County Waterford is bound to please.
