Electric storage heaters throughout with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freesat, DVD, selection of books. Fuel, power and coal for open fire charged at €15 per week May to September, €30 October to April, payable directly to owner. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles. Pub 1 mile. Please Note: This cottage is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults. Please Note: There is a shallow stream beside the cottage, children to be supervised at all times. Please Note: This cottage can be booked with ref 10500 and together they accommodate 6 people (max 5 adults).
