An Irish country cottage in a former Inn built in 1806. Located in the village of Banada, Banada House is a welcoming detached holiday home, that’s just a mile from Tobercurry town in County Sligo. The property sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a room with bunk beds, as well as a main family shower room. The living accommodation is further comprised of a well-equipped kitchen incorporating a dining area, and two comfortable sitting rooms. The enclosed south facing garden to the rear and side of the property provides a sunny place to relax.
- One well-behaved pet is welcome.
- There is off road parking for up to 4 cars.
The River Moy runs next to the property offering excellent fishing. A short drive will take you off into the counties of Sligo and Mayo, with great beaches, historical sites and walking trails and many opportunities to engage in golf, angling and shooting. Banada House makes a great family base for discovering Ireland’s north west.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD, books/DVDs/games. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 4 cars. Enclosed south facing garden to rear and side. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and traditional pub 1 mile. Please Note: Cottage is located just off the N17. The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

The town of Tobercurry in County Sligo is at the foot of the Ox Mountains and is home to numerous shops, pubs and its annual Drama Festival. The town is located close to the River Moy, famous for salmon fishing, and with the Nephin Beg Mountains close by and Benbulben Mountain just north of Sligo town, there are lots of great walking opportunities to enjoy from Tobercurry. The county town of Sligo is a little further in the other direction and offers an interesting day out with historic monuments and pretty buildings to enjoy. With exceptional walking and fishing available, and lots of places to visit within easy touring distance, Tobercurry is a great location all year round.
