This traditional detached holiday property is on a working livestock farm in the townland of Ardtermon, on the Raghley Peninsula, and enjoys some stunning views towards the Donegal Mountains. Handed down through the owner's family for generations, the building is full of character. The accommodation is set entirely on the ground floor, and includes a double bedroom, two twin rooms, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room featuring an appealing woodburning stove.
Walking opportunities abound, and the local beach can be accessed directly from the cottage via a trail which passes over the owners land. This rural retreat is also within easy reach of amenities in Maugherow, Sligo and Donegal offering all the entertainments and amenities of town.

The townland of Ardtermon in County Sligo sits beside the sea and Raghley, and makes a wonderful coastal base for exploring this part of Ireland. For those who don’t wish to stray too far there’s golf courses, horse riding, coastal and countryside walks and fishing in both fresh and salt water. The village has shops and pubs, some of which offer traditional Irish music. For more amenities, including the Hawkswell Theatre, head into Sligo town.
