Decoy Country Cottages are located in the beautiful Boyne Valley in County Meath, where the history of Ireland was written, these 8 luxury cottages, range in size from one to four bedrooms and are a haven of peace away from the strains and stresses of modern lifestyles.

Just 30 minutes drive from the airport and 50 minutes from Dublin port, these luxury cottages are ideal for family breaks, group self catering or romantic breaks. Enjoy touring the many historical sites in the area such as Tara, Newgrange, Trim, Slane and Kells, or visit Dublin - just 30 minutes drive away. The beach at Laytown is only 20 minutes drive away.

For workshops, group events, team building and intimate weddings, the entire venue can be booked exclusively.

Our luxury self catering accommodation ranges in size from 1,2, 3 or 4 bedroom. Breakfast and light suppers can be provided in your cottage by arrangement. Our facilities include:

Each cottage has been designed with your every comfort in mind. Our beds are custom made so you should have an enjoyable nights sleep, and this together with feather duvets and pillows, crisp white linen, power showers, well equipped kitchens with must have appliances and flat screen TV's are there for your comfort.

With accommodation for up to 40 guests sharing in 20 spacious bedrooms, the cottages range in size from 1-4 bedrooms. Decoy Country Cottages is an ideal venue for reunions and family occasions.

There is a relaxation room in the den which has a fire and comfortable sofas as well as a kiddies play room. For older children we have air hockey and a pool table. For adults wanting to keep fit there is a gym. A television, DVD and video library ensure that rainy days are catered for. Double doors from the den lead out to a purpose built garden with children's play area, BBQ and picnic area which overlook the rolling fields of Meath.

At Decoy Country Cottages you may well meet our friendly dogs Gypsie and Milo who like nothing better than to be taken for a walk in the beautiful countryside around us. You only have to ask!

Car parking is provided in a secure area outside the courtyard.

There is a landscaped courtyard at Decoy Country Cottages which is a peaceful and sheltered place to sit and relax. You can read a book safe in the knowledge that your children can play in the safety of this car free space. Or if you prefer why not treat yourself and visit the Revive day spa and book one of our luxurious body treatments with our Dermalogica trained beauty therapist. Book early to avoid disappointment!

We are very close to Tara, Newgrange, Trim Castle, Bective Abbey, excellent local restaurants, walks and amenities. In Navan (4 miles), there is a theatre, cinema, go karting, swimming pool, shopping centre, tourist office and many restaurants and pubs. As well as this there is a river walk and public park.

Navan is the capital town of Co Meath and is a thriving market town with lively pubs and restaurant where you can catch a trad session. It has a theatre, cinema, parks, walks, shopping centre, swimming pool and the famous river Boyne flows through it.
