Oil and electricity inc. in rent April – September inclusive, €30 supplement payable to owner October – March inclusive. Turf for open fire provided all year. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Front patio area with bench. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles.
