Fuel, power and starter pack for stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned garden to rear and gravelled area to front with garden furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Please Note: Owner can provide a cooking service at additional cost and by arrangement. Please Note: Please take care when driving within the confines of the farm due to the surrounding animals which include dogs, horses and a pig.
