An Irish country cottage by the wonderful west coast. Located in a rural situation in County Kerry, 5 miles from popular Waterville, Derriana Cottage is a detached traditional style farmhouse overlooking Derriana Lake. The property sleeps up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Downstairs the living accommodation further includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen and an open plan living space containing a cosy seating area, a dining area and an open fire. There is a lawned garden area supplied with garden furniture and a BBQ, its ideal for an evening drink or dining al fresco and has views out over the lake. One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. There is designated off road parking for up to three cars. The famed Ring of Kerry offers a route to explore the mystical & unspoilt landscape of mountains and Lakeland that is all around. With fine beaches nearby Iron Age Forts and Old Monasteries to explore and opportunities for angling and golfing the area’s sure to have something to appeal to all the family. Derriana Cottage is a lovely base for discovering both the coast and countryside of County Kerry.

Oil central heating with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, colour TV/DVD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned area with garden furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Please Note: Due to the proximity of the lake please ensure children are supervised at all times. County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history.
