The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer in outside utility, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs, one with basic satellite package, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot on request. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned garden to front with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Coast 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: Open tread spiral staircase may be unsuitable for the less mobile. County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Made up of two centres, both having a pub and shop, Ventry is a small village in County Kerry. Linked by Ventry Harbour, the two parts of the village are sheltered by the bay and have access to three miles of sandy beach allowing swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, diving or sunbathing. The surrounding region is renowned for its excellent walking and cycling routes, a large proportion of which begin and end in Ventry. Slightly further afield the vibrant town of Dingle, which provides a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an array of other activities. Oceanworld Aquarium and the town's museums are well worth visiting.
