Sleeping up to 12, this luxurious property is situated just half a mile outside of the village of Sneem and with a high quality interior and an absolutely stunning location by the river has plenty to recommend it.

Inside the interior is stylish and beautifully furnished with touches you’ll appreciate such as granite worktops in the kitchen, a modern four poster style romantic bed in one of the bedrooms and a Jacuzzi bath in one of the bathrooms.  A number of the rooms benefit from river views. The living area is open plan and the neutral tones make it a great place to relax. This open plan living space features comfy seating by the windows where you can look out on the river, an elegant dining area and high quality kitchen.  For quiet moments reading a book there is another more formal sitting room complete with open fire. Of the 6 bedrooms there are 2 twin bedrooms, three double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and one romantic four poster style double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and an additional downstairs loo.

Outside is where you can truly make the most of this magical setting. Ample outdoor seating is provided and there is even a swing chair. From here you can marvel at the views of the river, the pretty village of Sneem and look out at the mountains in the distance. Listen to the sound of the river flowing by and the birds happily chirping and feel your cares ease away.

For days out, the Kerry Way is easily accessible nearby and the stunning coastline with its picturesque towns and villages such as Kenmare and Waterville are just waiting to be discovered just a short drive away.
