An Irish cottage in the heart of the beautiful south west of the country.
Located close to the town of Killarney in County Kerry, 37 Rossdara is a welcoming semi-detached cottage in a quiet residential area. The property is suitable for up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room, one double and two twin bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a kitchen incorporating dining area, a utility room, and a cosy sitting room with an open fire. There is an enclosed lawned garden to the rear and dedicated off road parking for 2 cars. The dramatic local landscape provides plentiful opportunities for walking, climbing and nature watching. There are several great beaches within an easy drive and travelling only a little further will take you on to Tralee and the stunning Dingle Peninsula. 37 Rossdara is a superb holiday home for exploring this area all year round.

TV with Freesat, DVD. Oil and electricity charged on meter reading. Fuel for open fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed rear lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 minutes' walk. Hotel with bar and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.
