Take time off to relax in this TV free Irish cottage in a tranquil location. Located on the edge of the stunning Connemara mountain range in a rural location 5 miles from Oughterard, Videomare Cottage is a comfortable detached bungalow set in half an acre of gardens. The property sleeps 4 people with its double bedroom, a room with bunk beds (with an en-suite bathroom) and also a house bathroom. The property is further comprised of a kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with an open fire leading into a summer room with a picture window looking out on lovely lake views. Outside you can relax in gardens on all sides of the property which are fully equipped with a patio, furniture and a barbeque.
There is off road parking available for up to 4 cars.
Lough Corrib, the largest lake in Ireland, is a few hundred yards away from the Cottage, offering angling, sailing and boating opportunities. Nearby walking and cycling routes offer more chances for enjoying the outdoors. A short drive will take you to several excellent golf courses or to historic Galway City. Its an ideal holiday location at any time of year.

Oughterard is a village in Galway, west Ireland, set on the shores of Ireland's largest lake, Lough Corrib. Oughterard is great for fishing, and also offers an 18-hole championship golf course, castle and mountain bike trail.
