An Irish country cottage. Located outside the popular town of Clifden in County Galway, 56 Clifden Glen is a lovely, detached cottage situated in the Clifden Glen Holiday Village. The property sleeps up to 5 people and has three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a bathroom (which is accessed via the landing and the twin bedroom).
The cottage has an open-plan living space including a galley kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an open fire. Guests benefit from use of a shared lawned area to the rear of the property supplied with furniture, and use of on-site facilities including a children’s playground, a mini-golf course and tennis courts.
- One well-behaved pet is welcome to join you.
- There is off road parking for one car.
The Clifden Glen Holiday Village is a 192 acre site that is surrounded by countryside providing many opportunities for walking and exploration. The Connemara National Park is nearby and the amazing coastline close at hand. This Irish holiday home is perfect for both family groups and friends alike.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, CD/radio. Fuel and power charged via meter reading, starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 1 car. Shared lawned area to rear with furniture, use of children’s play ground, mini-golf and tennis courts on-site. One well behaved pet welcome. Shop and pub 1 mile, pub on site open July and August only. Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

Clifden, a lively and popular town situated close to the Connemara National Park, is often referred to as 'the capital of Connemara'. The town offers many shops, pubs and restaurants. The town also hosts a range of festivals and events throughout the year, such as the Clifden Arts and Clifden Music festivals. Clifden is a brilliant base to explore the region and to see the wildlife and wonderful landscapes Connemara National Park has to offer. One of the most popular attractions is the 'Sky Road' which rises to more then 150m. The views of the Atlantic Ocean, Clifden Castle and the town are breathtaking. There are many other activities such as guided walks and tours, golf, horse riding and historic houses. This makes Clifden a perfect base from which to explore.
