First €10 of fuel and power inc. in rent, remainder charged via meter reading. Turf for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and barbecue (by request). Shared use of tennis court and children’s play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 10 minutes' walk.
