Charming and authentic stone built 2 bedroom cottage on shorefront 12 acre farm at Pallas, Ardgroom, Beara, Co. Cork with wonderful views of Ardgroom Harbour, Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains in the scenic Ring of Beara in West Cork, Ireland. 1/4 mile to small sandy beach (walk along strand to left of Cottage, turn right on to small peninsula and beach is on the East side - seals can also be seen from here at certain times). Explore the scenic countryside of south west Ireland, throw in a round of golf, horse riding, fishing, relax in in the friendly Irish pubs and listen to some Irish music. There is also a booklet in the Cottage that contains additional information on the Cottage, and on the local area.

This self-catering holiday home is on shorefront property with a pebble strand, and with a small sandy beach within a 1/4 of a mile.

The Cottage has been recently refurbished to offer good comfortable accommodation for up to six people. There are two open sleeping lofts for six people furnished with a double bed in one, twin beds and bunk bed in the other. The lofts are separated by a stone wall. There is also a pullout couch in the sitting room. Child safety gate available.

The Cottage is centrally heated.

Bed lined and towels are provided. Final cleaning of cottage and washing of towels and bed linen included in rent.

Electricity and oil are extra based on usage - normally in the 25 to 30 Euro range per week based on usage.

Rental period is Saturday to Saturday, but we may be able to arrange other days. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11pm, but we may be able to arrange other times.

Booking deposit is 30% of rent. We will hold your reservation for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. Balance of payment is due 2 months prior to your stay. Payment is in Euro via bank transfer. Rent: July - August 575 Euro per week, other months from 275 Euro per week.

Molly's Cottage is 2 miles from Ardgroom Village which has a Cafe - with internet, a Pub, Restaurant (Summer) and Shopping. 600 yards to small sandy beach. There is a Golf course in Castletownbere about 10 miles away, and in Kenmare about 20 miles away. Kenmare also has many restaurants. Castletownbere also has some restaurants and is a large fishing port. Directions: From Argroom Village proceed to Ardgroom Inward for 2 miles and Cottage is on the right hand side 150 yards past Pallas Pier - on elevated ground. GPS Coordinates: 51° 45' 19.15" N, 9° 52' 55.16" W. Parking: There is parking space to the left of the Cottage.
