K C Cottage is a semi-detached, single storey cottage situated on the edge of the village of Quilty in County Clare. The cottage has three bedrooms - two doubles and one adult bunk room - meaning it can sleep six people in total. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is a shared lawned garden to the rear, and to the front is a private garden with furniture. There is also off road parking for two cars. With beaches within easy reach and wonderful scenery to be enjoyed such as the Cliffs of Moher, K C Cottage makes a great base for a family holiday in County Clare.

Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TV/DVD, video, CD/radio, library of books. Electricity and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden to rear with swings and sea views, private lawned garden to front with furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.

Quilty is a seaside resort with a local seafood restaurant, near to Miltown Malbay in County Clare. Within easy reach are Spanish Point and Doonbeg. Good walking can be enjoyed in the Burren National Park.
