Located in the small village of Ugglebarnby, close to Sleights in the North York Moors National Park, The Piggery is a detached stone and pantile cottage. The property is suitable for up to 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a modern fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room incorporating a dining area. The pretty lawned garden has a patio area supplied with outdoor furniture and is an excellent place to sit and take in the countryside views.
There is off road parking for 3 cars.
This cottage is set in the North York Moors National Park, yet is just four miles from the coast providing varied countryside for walking, exploration wildlife watching and relaxing. The nearby port town of Whitby provides an excellent day trip; The Piggery is a fabulous holiday cottage in a stunning part of the English countryside.

Electric central heating throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Lawned garden and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Pub 1 mile. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
