Located in the bustling market town of Pickering on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, Cobbler's Cottage is an attractive stone-built semi-detached cottage. The property is suitable for up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one single room and a family bathroom. The cottage is also comprised of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a cosy sitting room with an electric fire. Roadside parking is available across the road from the property, and bicycles can be stored in the utility room.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you on your stay.
All the amenities of town are a couple of minutes' walk away, yet the cottage sits in the heart of the North York Moors and is only a short drive from the Yorkshire coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough. The historic city of York is only a little further. Cobbler's Cottage is a superb family cottage in this stunning part of Yorkshire.
The cottage has efficient gas central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and high chair available. Roadside parking available across the road. Bike storage in utility. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: Weeks commencing the 6th and 13th October 2012 are charged at the ‘C’ price band rate for the Pickering War weeks.
