The cottage has efficient gas central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and high chair available. Roadside parking available across the road. Bike storage in utility. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: Weeks commencing the 6th and 13th October 2012 are charged at the ‘C’ price band rate for the Pickering War weeks. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
