Located in the Cleveland village of Great Ayton near to Guisborough, Rhoda Cottage is a superb, beautifully furnished, terraced cottage.
The property is suitable for up to 5 people and has three bedrooms: one double, one twin with an en suite and one single, as well as a family bathroom. The accommodation is further comprised of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, both of which are furnished with wood burning stoves. A courtyard provided with outdoor furniture and a barbecue leads on to a lawned garden.
- One well-behaved dog is welcome.
- There is roadside parking, and a small free of charge car park opposite the property.
Walkers and cyclists alike will enjoy exploring the Cleveland Way and the Roseberry Topping hillside. Lots of interesting market towns are nearby including Stokesley, Guisborough and Northallerton and the historic cities of York and Durham are only a little further away. Rhoda Cottage makes a superb base for a holiday in this wonderful part of the country.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from woodburners in sitting room and dining room. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent (logs can be purchased locally). Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Child friendly cottage, travel cot and highchair provided. Roadside parking. Additional parking available in small FOC car park opposite property. Shed for bike storage. Small paved courtyard to rear with furniture, barbecue and outside WC with lawned garden beyond. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The village of Great Ayton is on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and has two village greens with a river running alongside. Great Ayton makes a base for visitors wishing to explore the market towns of Stokesley, Guisborough and Northallerton.
