The glorious Wiltshire countryside is all around this delightful rural cottage close to the Cotswolds. Located on the edge of the village of Upper Seagry, Farm View Cottage is a cosy single storey cottage surrounded by the owner's 130-acre livestock farm. The property can accommodate up to 3 people and has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a shower room with walk-in shower. The living area is open-plan and includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a warming wood-burning stove. The sunny front garden has a patio area furnished with table and chairs and is perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing with drinks at the end of a days sightseeing or exploring Wiltshire. One well behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Farm View Cottage is an ideal base for a couple or a small family. The surrounding beautiful countryside is dotted with unspoilt villages and magnificent towns and cities. A short drive will take you on to Lacock, the historical spa city of Bath, the Cotswold Water Park or the hill top town of Malmesbury.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD player, books/games/DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot on request. Garden with furniture and barbecue. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Cycle storage available. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Shop 2.5 miles. Pub 8 minutes' walk. Wiltshire is a county offering cultural richness, historical sites, friendly people and attractions for all the family. Upper Seagry is a village in the north of Wiltshire, surrounded by countryside. Close by are Chipenham and Malmesbury. The southern end of the Cotswolds is near by, where guests may enjoy a trip to the Cotswolds Water Park. Also worth a visit are Westonbirt Arboretum, Castle Combe, Bath and Avebury.
